I am a romanticist. I have a deep love for turning “ordinary” things into something beautiful. My eye for creativity began with a love for photography. Growing up, I loved capturing every memorable and ordinary moment. I also found myself getting lost in photos of others' lives and travels. Seeing how different eyes captured beauty in the details of people, places, and things, I felt inspired.

As I started spending more time looking through the lens, my awareness of not only my own insecurities but others started to grow. I found many people struggling with their self image after seeing a "bad photo" of themselves. I developed a heart and drive to pull out the beauty in others because I could relate on a deep level.

Growing up, I struggled with low self-esteem. Being Asian automatically placed me in a category that was separate from those I grew up around in Orange County, California. As social media began to progress, all my

linsecurities from “the world's standard of beauty” grew like weeds. It wasn’t until I met Jesus when my perception of self began to heal. The closer I got to God, the more I saw myself through His eyes. Every single one of us were perfectly made in the image of our Creator.

So God created mankind in his own image,

in the image of God he created them;

male and female he created them.

I began to dream that photos I would capture could pave the way in showing the beauty one truly carries. It’s a marvelous sight witnessing someone look a picture of themselves and actually love what they see! I want to encourage others to view themselves through God's eyes and bring glory to His beautiful creations. Whether that be curating beautiful spaces, photographing life moments, or helping projects come to life, I want to walk with you! Let’s discover the beauty you carry together.
